I hate to sound so bad but it was awful. There was bed bugs all over the beds. I had a 3 year old in there. I got my refund but I didn't feel that was enough after what I dealt with. The location was fine and the staff were nice, but I had to request a TV because it was missing. The room was dirty, with dark brown spots on the ceiling and marks on the walls. At 4 am I went for ice and the neighbor was being moved because of bed bugs; we found them in our room too. We left right away, only staying that one night, and had to take my daughter to urgent care for hives from the bites.

The outside was okay, but the walk-in and room didn’t match my expectations, though the price was reasonable. The sheets, pillows, and bath towels were dirty and stained, and the smoking room smelled awful.
