“Not pet friendly”

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a pet-friendly room in advance, but when I arrived, the staff initially refused to accommodate me, citing a no-dogs policy. Although I pointed out the contradictory pet-friendly signage, they only relented when I offered an additional payment. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I didn't stay long, only a couple of hours.

“Needs a lot of work”

The affordable price was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, the bathroom was a letdown. It was old, dirty, and needed a thorough cleaning, which I ended up doing myself with bleach. The pillows had hair on them, and the tub and sink didn't drain properly, giving off an unpleasant smell.

“I would not go back there, but my stay was not dreadful”

I appreciated the friendly and professional staff, as well as the clean and neat room, which was a plus. The availability of TV was also a nice touch. However, I was underwhelmed by the bathroom and towels, which seemed old and worn out. The lack of hangers and hard pillows after the first night were also drawbacks.

I liked the hotel's price and location, which were major selling points. However, I was surprised to find that there was only one person handling check-ins for both motels, which seemed a bit chaotic.
