How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I stayed in a room that was filthy, with sheets covered in sperm and a cheap lotion smell, and after seeing the bed I left immediately, still waiting for a refund.

The shower door was stuck halfway open, making it hard to close and causing water to splash onto the floor; breakfast was not a full spread.

Nothing positive. We had to make our own bed, there were stains, the trash wasn’t emptied, there was no pool, and when we asked for towels we couldn’t get any.

Honestly, the only thing I really liked was the location. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised as being included. The building is run‑down, and the room looked more like a motel than a hotel. One of the beds was extremely high off the ground, while the other was practically on the ground. The walls were cracked, and the shower was rusty and looked extremely dirty and unsanitary. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable. I feel the Department of Health should inspect this place because the conditions were that bad. I was so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping in my car instead of staying in the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was disappointed because there was no pool for the kids, and some of the sheets were dirty.
