The stay was very comfortable and excellent; everything was clean and the breakfasts were tasty, and I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The staff were very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Yuni for going out of their way to make the stay even more comfortable—definitely a 10/10.

The cleaning was fine. The staff were rude, impolite, and they stole my hair straightener.
