The location is unbelievable, the staff are friendly and flexible, and the value for money is world‑class. No negatives.

Guests have freedom. Nothing else.

The mountain setting is immersive, with a remote lodge vibe for couples away from the station. However, there were no details about the offers – no terrace was explained, and I didn’t realize the jacuzzi was outdoors, which was hard for me in winter… I was a bit annoyed that it was turned on for nothing 😅

The staff are friendly, but it’s hard to get there if there’s too much snow, though it’s not their fault.

Service was awful, the food bland, getting there was extremely hard, and there was no assistance for exploring the area or reaching the ski stations; staff didn’t clear snow from the parking so we couldn’t park, the towels were torn, and the owner offered no help at all.
