Nothing. They charged me an extra ₹400. A condom packet was on the floor, the bedsheets were dirty, the room differed from the pictures, and the AC was not working.

The rooms match the photos exactly, and the staff were very friendly; for the price, the room was absolutely fantastic 😍. Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about this place ❤️

The hotel is a fraud. It's not safe to sleep in that hotel. Hotel is run by rowdies or goons who can threaten you to get out any time of the night. I booked the hotel even after seeing the reviews considering some good reviews, (but those must be local people or just very lucky ones i guess) because i needed a very late check-in. I messaged the property about my check-in time and they said the booking is confirmed and the front desk is informed about the booking. We reached there at 12.30 pm, although they could see my booking they said the room I booked wasn't available. After i showed them the long thread of conversation I had with the property, they said OYO manages the messages and they don't care if I report to or Oyo. Their language and attitude was scary. They said they'd give two rooms if we pay extra.I thought they might end up doing terrible things if I talk anymore. I took the room because I was travelling with my elderly parents and sister, and around that time we had no other choice. We got the most disgusting room I ever had to stay. Earliest in the morning we run. Room is way smaller than the picture and the sheets were soiled unimaginably, toilet is puke-ish
