“Work experience with both booking.com and the hotel”

Worst experience, not reliable atall ,the worst thing is when I was calling they did not responded my call ,then on day which I had booked all 3 rooms they said rooms are non ac then I requested them please give me ac rooms they said "come directly to the hotel cancel and book the rooms directly on the spot then only we can give you ac rooms" I agreed to them after some time they called me and said we cannot give u rooms which you had booked , they said this after I had reached lonavla.this was the worst experience I had ever. What is the use of booking it is highly unprofessional

“Its very good, clean property with tasty food and good staff and owner.”

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious, and both the restaurant and the room were clean. Every staff member was cooperative and quick to help. However, they should plant trees or create a small garden for guests and provide benches for sitting.
