Everything was perfect. Located in the middle of the town yet it doesn’t feel crowded; the view and huge garden/terrace are better than the photos, and we were lucky the other room was vacant so we had the whole tower to ourselves. Avallon is a nice town with plenty of amenities.

The location is good, but the bed is too small for two people—only 160 cm instead of the usual 180 cm.
