It was good. The toilet in our bathroom made a weird noise when we stood up from it.

“Poorly managed.”

The breakfast was amazing with tons of options, a large seating area that was well stocked and clean, and the staff were very nice. However, the overall cleanliness was poor: our first room was not cleaned at all, the beds were unmade, and the garage in the room was messy. The staff offered no apology. Another couple we met had to change rooms twice because one smelled like sewage and another had a broken air conditioner. The hallways were heavily soiled, our tub had standing water, the soap container in the shower was broken, and there was hair in the bathroom—gross! Large bugs were crawling on the building and getting into vents, we had to kill a few, and multiple mouse traps were around the building and in the entrance. This hotel is poorly managed and needs a major overhaul.

The room, gym, reception, etc.

The location was great, and the breakfast was good. The shower door wouldn’t open, so someone had to come to our room and open it, but they couldn’t really help us. We left the door open all night. Also, the juice machine wasn’t working.

“Fairfield”

The rooms were clean and nice. The shower door was stuck, so we had to call a staff member to open it. We had to put liquid soap on it so we could use the shower.
