The location in the city is great. The valet parking was a bit inconvenient, some staff were rude while others were fantastic. Juan, our server, was excellent.

We have stayed here before and we love it because it is so centrally located, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly! Nothing to complain about.

The location is good. The staff is bad, overall the whole hotel. The room had a parking spot right next to it.
