The area is pretty off‑beat, but a bolt ride takes only 10 minutes and a few buses get you anywhere, and because it's outside the center I slept great. The bed and pillow were super comfy, and even though the room was very basic it was spacious, clean and had everything except a hair dryer (they didn’t have one to lend). The staff didn’t speak English, but the elderly gentleman who welcomed us at 6.30 am was incredibly sweet. I couldn’t even get a paid breakfast; the only thing offered was hot water with instant coffee and some crackers.
