There was absolutely no one to receive us, no staff at all, and we were not answered on WhatsApp, calls, or email, so we had no way to communicate.

The hotel is close to the beach, the service is good, and the price is reasonable. However, there was some dust in a few spots, and the toiletries list was misleading – they claimed shampoo was included but only had shower gel.
