The lodge is a delight, the attention to detail is very clear – for example, the room has an Alexa, breakfast items are restocked frequently with fresh goods, the lodge is very clean, and each guest’s needs are met quickly and lightly. We saw many people with dogs, and one with a cat on a leash. Everyone seemed very comfortable. The place itself is beautiful, like a painting. Moreover, it’s obvious how carefully the lodge is designed and maintained. The team is excellent: very professional, friendly, and helpful – like Luciana, Karina, Túlio, and Cauani – we remembered those names, but the wonderful service is shown by everyone. They made us feel at home. We recommend it with closed eyes. A few suggestions that could benefit the place: the restaurant food is excellent, but the atmosphere would suit dishes like pizzas or fondues, which could be added to the menu. Since guests can relax by a fire pit at night, a marshmallow-making kit could be interesting. Just a tip :)
