“Clean comfortable bed & right outside is restaurant, pharmacy & stores. I enjoyed my stay!”
The room was modest yet clean, with a mini fridge, private bathroom, kettle, microwave, and dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic—busy streets packed with restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, a pharmacy, and many other stores just a few steps away. Everything I could want was close to buses and trains, and the price was great. I only took 5 minutes to catch a bus that took me to the airport. I booked here because of the bus access; it was the cheapest place I stayed in Italy and better than I expected. Modest, yes, but the price was also modest. I enjoyed my stay and had no complaints.

The location is perfect—you can walk to everything from there. The bed made a noise that sometimes woke me up.

The mattress and pillows were fine and the air conditioning worked. When I arrived, the man who opened the door didn’t even offer help with my suitcase up the stairs and left me alone in trouble. The room door worked poorly; I almost got locked in the first time because of a large brown tape on the lock mechanism. The bathroom was in a terrible state with a rusty radiator, a worn-out tap in the sink, and a shower soap holder that was near the end of its life. Complaints were completely off the mark, and one towel rack was broken while the other was rusty, so I didn’t dare put anything on them. In the room, the desk was broken and taped, with old slippers from previous guests probably inside. Mold on the ceiling in the common areas, “kitchen,” just a sink in a broom cupboard that made you reluctant to use it. It was too expensive for what it was!

The location is good. The furniture is very old and broken, the door is hard to open, the pipes in the bathroom are rusty, and overall it feels very neglected. There is an oven and a water heater, but the cleanliness is awful; the trash can sits inside the sink, so we never used those items. The air conditioning is insufficient, and the cleaning is inadequate.
