The shower delivered a surprisingly strong water pressure for an overseas property, and even though I chose a smoking room, the previous guest’s cigarette smell had vanished completely.

“A comfortable winter stay with excellent lounge views, attentive service, and a suite that was well”

We paid extra to upgrade to a suite at Shangri‑La Hotel, Harbin, and it was worth every cent. The room was spacious, spotless, and supremely cozy, featuring a proper living area and great winter views. Lounge access was a real perk. From the balcony we could see Harbin Ice and Snow World, and the evening scenery was stunning—perfect for warming up after a day outdoors. Cherry, Kiki, and Wendy took excellent care of us throughout, offering attentive yet not overbearing service. The lounge food had a solid selection, and the à la carte options were a nice bonus. Overall, a very good stay and a solid choice for a winter visit to Harbin. The only downside was that the stay felt too short.

“A luxury hotel at its best in Harbin city”

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the friendly and welcoming front-of-house and back-of-house staff. The comfortable room and excellent bed ensured a restful night's sleep, making our tiring trip feel worthwhile. The hotel's value for money was well worth it.
