“Tacky, awful room and ridiculously expensive”
Location. The room. Lighting system bewildering. Bed linen very nasty and felt unclean /tacky. Stains on floor (it’s not carpeted). All yours for just £187 (not inc breakfast)
“London trip”
The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable, yet the breakfast was terrible—cooked items were poorly made, with strange breadcrumb balls that seemed like a bad hash brown; skip the pricey breakfast and grab coffee in Greenwich instead.
The décor was bright and modern, and that style carried through into the individual rooms.
It’s my best hotel ever: the staff were great, the room superb, and the pool was a blast.
“Functional stopover while visiting daughter in area.”
The location was good, the breakfast quality was decent, and the staff were friendly, but there was no air conditioning.
