Excellent location on Paseo Montejo. The staff were very friendly, the place was very clean. The restaurant was tasty and the prices were good. The parking was not in optimal condition; it rained and the lot got very wet. Also, it is outside the hotel premises and another property behind it got flooded.

The location is unbeatable, super close to everything and the hotel is new, great if you’re looking for value. The bellhop was very friendly with us, I highly recommend it. The shower had a hairball in the drain when we arrived in our room, which made the first impression not very pleasant.
