The staff are friendly and the location isn’t too far from anywhere. The room’s facilities and cleanliness need improvement: the floor is a bit dusty, the sheets’ cleanliness needs attention, the lift is broken so it can’t be used, and some toilets don’t flush, forcing a room change.
