How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I didn’t have breakfast, but otherwise the location was convenient, the staff were courteous, and the 24‑hour reception was very positive. The room was wonderful, and communication by phone before arrival for reservation confirmation was flawless. Cleanliness and room amenities were as expected. The only thing I’d mention is the slightly worn toilet door, which is purely aesthetic and not significant.

A good hotel located in the Eixample district, about a 5‑minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and bars for breakfast. Great choice!

Location. No water in the morning. Dust everywhere in the room, worn furniture. One staff member at the coffee bar was extremely rude when I ordered a coffee.

The room was excellent, spacious, and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast could be more innovative with a hot menu; the food served was mostly cold and offered little variety.

The staff were very well‑informed, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Their dining recommendations were excellent. The cooked breakfast was poor, and the jams tasted tasteless.
