The staff were really attentive and willing to help, and the common areas were super modern and comfy. However, I was a bit let down by the room cleanliness and the lack of power outlets - it was pretty dark and quiet at night, which wasn't ideal. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a few things could be improved.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere and natural surroundings here - it's a great spot for those seeking a quiet getaway. The pool and traditional Indonesian meals were also a highlight. That being said, I was a bit inconvenienced by the lack of hot water on the second floor and no kettle in the room, which made things tricky with my little one needing warm milk.
