Breakfast was delicious, the room was spotless, and the pool was spotless. Thank you. The pillows were awful, which is my only complaint; I asked for memory‑foam pillows for more support, but the hotel only had one kind. Everything else was wonderful!

Everything met my expectations, except one thing. How dare you, Springhill Suits, charge me $5.00 a night to park my car in your parking lot! Shame on you! Pure greed! That is an outrage and should be refunded immediately!
