I liked the natural vibe, but we had to climb stairs to bring our luggage because there was no elevator to our rooms, and the AC couldn't cool the whole room. The location was a bit hard to reach.

The staff were very friendly, but the hotel's location was a bit too far from everything. It would have been nice to have some more amenities nearby.

The hotel's lack of basic amenities like Wi-Fi, a fridge, microwave, water heater, and cable was a major letdown. To make matters worse, the towels were disgusting. I wish the owner would take our feedback seriously and improve the facilities before taking in new guests. It would make sense to review the place thoroughly before booking and spending money.

The hotel's short check-out time of 15 minutes was a bit ridiculous, especially considering we needed fresh towels and bed sheets. It felt like we were being rushed out the door.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not clean, and its location was a bit too far from the city centre. It was a shame because it had the potential to be a decent stay.
