I would never use bookings.com again; the agents were unprofessional and caused us a lot of stress while we were supposed to relax. Everything, especially the arrangements, was so stressful that we had to request a refund and start a new booking. bookings.com is a no‑no for us.

There was nothing to like; the accommodation was extremely dirty, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the site lamps were broken, both balconies were covered in bird droppings, and the house was dusty. I had trouble checking in because the host wasn’t available and took a long time to respond, gave me the wrong gate code and I had to wait for the correct one. There was no clear parking guidance and I struggled to find it. The apartment was never cleaned during our stay, and the host only communicated around 12:00 pm when I was already attending a church conference on the other side of town. Checking out was also difficult because the key‑box code didn’t work. I can’t recommend this place to anyone. The apartment was extremely dirty, with dirty chairs, curtains, and a lot of dust. I was traveling with my sister who needs oxygen; she fell ill immediately after we entered the apartment and had trouble sleeping. This disrupted our trip, as we couldn’t attend the conference on Friday because we had to care for her. She remained ill through Saturday and Sunday, and we had to check out late because she couldn’t get out of bed. The uncleanliness forced me to buy an emergency asthma inhaler for her.

We were thrilled before we got there, but the tiny unit with two small double beds was supposed to hold seven people—shocking. The photos show six people barely fitting on the beds; where was I supposed to sleep?

Breakfast was included, yet the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Communication from the host was poor, and there was almost no information about how to access the facilities.
