“سيئه ولن تتكرر”
The location was close, but the staff were annoying and the power was shut off without any consideration for guests; I went to ask for help while I was sick and they didn’t handle me politely.

I wasn’t allowed to check in because of an issue with the property, and that was the only problem I had.

Everything was great, nothing to note.

Only the receptionist at Novotel Hotel helped me; I was moved from Sundays Hotel to Millennium Hotel and then finally to Novotel. I was transferred three times between hotels, which was very disappointing and exhausting, and I never got any notice about it. I had expected to stay at Sundays, but it was rejected because of hotel and internal reasons.
