The whole room felt warm and the bed was very comfortable; the view of the river was lovely, and on a sunny day the sunset would have been gorgeous. It rained that day, but the staff still took the time to see me off in the morning and were very kind. Unfortunately, because I checked out early, I missed the excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was tasty and the view was great. However, the location along the river meant that even with windows closed, we encountered insects three times between check‑in and check‑out, which made me wonder if the insect repellent was necessary, but it was amusing.

The location was great, and the view from the restaurant was very good. When I mentioned that I wasn’t used to self‑check‑in, they provided a phone number to call, and the next day they checked in on me, showing genuine care. The staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, and the view from the window was lovely. The bus stop was a bit far, and although the riverside scenery is nice, early‑morning noises from dog walkers and runners were audible. I was surprised by loud foreign language conversations in some rooms, and the lack of staff during certain hours felt a bit unsettling.
