The receptionist was very kind during check‑in, but the place feels more like a mess than a hotel: the door was broken, the room smelled bad, all the bedsheets had stains that were disgusting, a cockroach appeared, the water in the jug was unclean, and the room did not match the advertisement. I won’t stay here again and would not recommend it.

I paid in advance, so there wasn’t much to complain about. I first received a room with a window against a wall that was damp and musty. After refusing to accept it because I had booked a better room, a better room was offered but I had to pay an extra fee. Finally I got a normal room with a window. Breakfast was not particularly tasty, the dishes were dirty, there was no variety, and refills were not provided.

The staff was amazing and very friendly, but everything else was awful: the beds were dirty, the walls were moldy, there were blood and urine stains, it smelled like crap, and the bathroom was not cleaned—hair and dirt were everywhere.
