The room itself was a highlight, with excellent decor and a spotless bathroom. However, the noise levels were a major issue - my room was directly above a mosque and the loudspeaker was visible from my window, making for a very loud and unpleasant experience. The soundproofing in the hotel left a lot to be desired, and I could also hear a lot of noise from the roof and lobby areas.

This hotel is a real gem, with top-notch service and a sleek, modern vibe right in the heart of the city. You're literally steps away from the bustling shopping street, but if you're not in the mood for that, you can just head up to the 7th floor for some great food, drinks, and sunset views over the Victoria lake. The only thing to keep in mind is that the area is undergoing some major construction, which might affect the views in the future.

The food here was top-notch, and I'd highly recommend it for a delicious Tilapia meal in the heart of Mwanza city centre. The hotel itself is a bit cramped, but the small spaces work well and don't detract from the overall experience.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and supported during a tricky time - we were staying during an election and they kept us informed and looked after our needs. The rooms were always spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly.
