The vibe was super cozy and the staff made us feel at home right away.
Great location, comfy bed, super quiet and good vibes.
The bathroom doesn’t even provide soap; you have to buy it at the front desk, and the towels and sheets are low‑quality, dirty and smell awful.
We stayed at Green Door San Gil with the family and the place blew us away.

“Fantastic family stay – will return [/TITLE]”
We stayed at Green Door San Gil with the family and the place blew us away. The vibe was super cozy and the staff made us feel at home right away. Nothing was missing – the service, comfort and atmosphere were spot on, so we’ll definitely be back. [/BODY]
“Nice pool and staff, but basic breakfast and noisy nights [/TITLE]”
The pool sits in a quiet corner, far from the lounge area, and Andrea was always friendly and helpful. The downside is that all the rooms share a single bathroom, which gets crowded. Breakfast is pretty bare‑bones – you can’t even pick between coffee or chocolate, or choose bread versus arepa. At night the neighboring guests were noisy, slamming doors until late. [/BODY]
“Awful hostel – dirty, unsafe, hidden fees [/TITLE]”
Everything about this hostel was terrible – the building is damp, the wooden parts are soggy and look like they haven’t been maintained, and it feels unsafe. The bathroom doesn’t even provide soap; you have to buy it at the front desk, and the towels and sheets are low‑quality, dirty and smell awful. They advertised taxes as included, but once you arrive they slap on extra fees, and the staff are completely unfriendly. [/BODY]
“Very helpful host, no issues [/TITLE]”
Our host was incredibly kind and ready to point us in the right direction whenever we needed it. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. [/BODY]
“Great assistance and decent breakfast [/TITLE]”
They really helped us sort out the whole trip and the breakfast was solid. Nothing else to mention. [/BODY]
