There was absolutely nothing about it that I liked. We had to switch rooms because the first door didn’t even lock and that floor was filthy, so they moved us to another room where we settled in. The refrigerator was full of ice around the freezer, making it hard to fit things in. Around midnight, neighbors outside were yelling, screaming, and cursing, and again from 2–2:30 am they started up again, preventing us from sleeping. After we were awakened, we could hear every airplane going back and forth overhead. Management suggested we get up in the middle of the night to ask them to move us to yet another room, and now we’re fighting with them over a refund because we couldn’t sleep in that hotel. Instead of refunding us, they have taken an extra $100 from our bank account.
