The location was fine, but there was no water or power backup, the reception didn’t reply, and the beds were bumpy and uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and housekeeping was decent, but the hotel is unsuitable for families; the lift was outdated, the Lenin room wasn’t cleaned, there was no room service, the front desk was unprofessional and unresponsive, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the TV and AC in one room failed with no help from staff.

The AC worked well and they supplied drinking water, but the lift was old and faulty, and the bathroom flush didn’t work.
