I had a great stay overall: rooms were spotless and cozy, staff were courteous and helpful, and hospitality was top‑level, though the AC kept the floors damp, which was the only downside.

I can’t say anything positive because I wasn’t allowed to check in; the hotel refuses online bookings, prefers direct reservations at higher rates, cancels overbooked rooms without notifying guests until arrival, and offers bogus excuses for cancellations.
