How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was looking for a cheap place to rest my head, and this hotel delivered on that front. The price was right, and I was able to get a good night's sleep - despite the fact that the couple next door had their music blasting all night. I'm not a fan of loud music, but I'm also not one to complain. What really got to me, though, was that they didn't even provide soap in the bathroom.

The one good thing about this hotel was that it was quiet, which was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy, and the curtains in my room were set up in a weird way - they didn't block out the light, and I could see the shadows of people walking by outside. It was a bit eerie, to be honest.

Great location, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The hotel had a major infestation of roaches, and to make matters worse, someone swiped my jumper cables from the back of my truck. To add insult to injury, there were full-time residents with their cats, and the noise level was through the roof.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic, going out of their way to make me feel welcome and help with any issues I had. Unfortunately, the room I was given was in a pretty bad state - it was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained in a while. Despite this, the friendly service made up for a lot, and I'd definitely consider staying here again if they sort out the room situation.

For the price, this hotel was a great value - it was secure, despite looking a bit run-down from the outside. I was also able to get an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after arriving at 4AM on the train. However, I did have to pay a $20 fee, which was a bit of a bummer. The hotel also had a weird rule about no guests, which made me feel like I was breaking some kind of rule for having a friend over during the day.
