The location was really good, right across from the bus station. We stayed there and went to Venice every day, and it was a lot cheaper than staying in Venice itself. So if you’re okay with sharing a bathroom and toilet with people in other rooms, I’d definitely recommend it.

It was close to the train station, the building had an elevator, and the shared kitchen facilities were good. No negatives.

Two minutes from the train station, the building had an elevator. The kitchen was functional and the balcony was pleasant. Communicating with the hostess was easy and quick, but the place was noisy.

I do not recommend this place. In the bed we found bedbugs. We spent the night sitting on the sofa, terrified that more would appear. After contacting the property, the owner promised a refund, but that never happened. After many contacts with customer service, Booking informed us that the owner does not respond to their attempts to reach him. Additionally, the room and bathroom were dirty and dusty, the towels were stained, and the electrical outlet near the bathtub caused water from the shower head to spray everywhere. I strongly advise against staying here. After posting the review, the owner replied that I would definitely not get a refund and, in a very rude manner, claimed I had no idea where the bedbugs came from and that I should find out. He accused me of writing a false and malicious review, but I merely described the facts.
