The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and attentive, which made a huge difference in my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel's proximity to a club that blasted music all night made it impossible for me to get a good night's rest, which was a major letdown.

The hotel's location was its biggest asset, being close to all the great entertainment spots in Kampala. However, my room was situated right next to a loudspeaker, which was a nuisance, and I was also surprised to be asked to pay extra for coffee, despite breakfast being included in my rate.

I was impressed by the hotel's cozy and clean atmosphere, as well as the professional customer service I received. However, the WiFi in the public areas was not up to par, which was a bit frustrating.
