“Una estancia ideal en Lijiang”

The hotel turned out to be a real surprise, surpassing all our expectations. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was especially cozy, which was a relief after a day exploring Lijiang. Its location is superb—just a few steps from the historic center, letting you stroll the streets and soak in the atmosphere, yet the hotel itself remains utterly peaceful. We especially loved the breakfast, both for its quality and variety; they offer a wide selection and several dishes cooked on the spot that were delicious. Finally, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. Absolutely recommend this fantastic option for enjoying Lijiang. Everything was perfect!

“A lovely hotel with Luna to help you :)”

Lovely hotel. Rooms and roof were exceptional. Best of all was Luna – a lovely person who helped us non‑stop. Nothing else, highly recommended.

“Location is good, room is nice, but my stay was not very pleasant”

The room was clean and new. They advertise a room with a view, however, from the 7 floors, only the 7th floor actually has a view. I had to threaten to cancel my booking for them to give me the room I booked. Also heard another guest argue with them about the same thing 2 days later. On top of that, there is a lot of construction going on around the property. And it’s not going to be finished anytime soon. They provide earplugs but it’s so loud it’s hard to sleep after 8:30 am

The room was of a very high standard and location was good. They could perhaps include halal food in their breakfast menu

Clean, spacious and modern room. Located just outside of the old town with a rooftop perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. Attentive staff and seamless communication via WeChat. The stay also included afternoon tea service
