服務態度非常棒👍. 1. 以五星飯店級別設備已漸老舊。 2. 且高階房型茶水檯建議可加設食物加熱設備如微波爐(在國外有些五星酒店便有)。 3. 另也建議每間房內應可有一把客用雨傘，方便房客雨天使用(同地區域五星酒店房內便有)。

The lake view and the intimate vibe of the hotel were great, and the hotel itself is huge. The outdoor pool and park looked amazing, but we couldn’t enjoy them because of thunderstorms, which was a shame. The price feels high given the room’s age, and the dry‑cleaning costs are typical for China.

The location around the area is fine. I booked a room a day before, then had to leave, and they explained the reason. They made a request before check‑in, but never answered it and wrote as if we had stayed all days, trying to charge the full amount from my card. It feels like this isn’t a solid hotel.
