The lady at the café was very nice, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had: a motor‑like noise every half hour for about five minutes, so loud that I couldn’t sleep.

The ladies running the hotel were very attentive and lovely, and the breakfast was great while the rooms were clean with comfortable beds; however, the hotel lacks good acoustics, so if you stay, choose upper‑floor rooms—our ground‑floor room let in all the noise from guests above.

The breakfasts were the best and most generous, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even booking a taxi to the airport for me; but I slept badly for three nights from 10 pm to 7 am due to noisy plumbing that sounded like an airplane or MRI machine, so I had to cover my head with a pillow multiple times—this needs fixing. There was no lit sign at night and the street numbering was odd, so I spent over 30 minutes trying to locate it one night. I cannot recommend staying there if you want a quiet night’s sleep.
