“Decent place”
It was a decent place, but it looked better in photos than in reality; the bathroom finishes were off, there was a stain on the bedsheets, the AC was super loud, and everything felt quite dated overall.

Located in vibrant Karaköy, The Haze Karaköy blends a former bakery’s modern design with a restored neo‑classic bobbin factory, offering high ceilings and distinctive architecture. Rooms feature custom furniture, climate control, rain showers, and views of the Golden Horn, Bosphorus, or Galata Tower. Rooftop restaurant Mükellef serves award‑winning cuisine; a business centre, free shuttle, and proximity to Galata Bridge, ferry, tram, and metro enhance convenience.

I stayed in a centrally located spot that made getting to bars, restaurants, and sights a breeze, but the place itself was noisy, especially because of impatient drivers on Istanbul’s roads, and the bathroom urgently needs a renovation.

The hotel has a great spot, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff—especially Nurettin—are very attentive and caring.

The location was perfect, right next to Galata Bridge and the restaurant street, but the room felt a bit cramped.

Everything was very clean and the location was great, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was tasty, though the rooms are very small.
