“Perdi o dinheiro, não fiquei”

Unacceptable. First they demanded a Pix payment, which was not mentioned anywhere on Booking. Then they claimed that because I didn’t comply with their unacceptable conditions I was entitled to only half the money. It’s a trap that should never appear on Booking, let alone be open. The location is fine, but the place is not suitable for staying—worse than a campsite. The “large” room has a double bed, a bad mattress, and a bathroom you don’t want to use.

“Estadia maravilhosa!”

De poder levar os meus pets e assim a família estar todos juntos. O quarto bem espaçoso, cama confortável, muito bom. Agradecemos o atendimento dos funcionários, a Nena nos recebeu muito bem, foi muito atenciosa conosco. Uma observação apenas sobre o Box do banheiro, que estava com dificuldade no escoamento da água pelo ralo e ficava empoçada durante o banho

“Adoramos”

Localização perfeita, praticamente na praia 🏖️. Chuveiro do banheiro água não esquentava. Podia tbm vender bebida e refrigerante no hotel seria perfeito

“Experiência extremamente decepcionante. Reservei um quarto, mas me entregaram um muquifo!”

The location was good and Dona Nena’s service was friendly, but the room that arrived was nothing like the photos or the description. The listing promised a balcony with a hammock, plenty of natural light, and good airflow, yet the room was tiny, dark, poorly ventilated, and had mold in the room and shower, plus rusty spots that could spread tetanus. A strong unpleasant odor lingered in the bathroom all day, the bedspread was stained and the bed itself was very bad. My wife didn’t even dare to shower there. It was an extremely uncomfortable and frustrating experience, and I felt deceived by the gap between what was advertised and what was actually delivered. It was, without doubt, the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. I’m leaving this note to warn other travelers before they book this place (QUARTO DUPLO CASAL).
