The new facility offers public and private onsens, suitable for families, and it’s clean and well maintained with good food and English‑speaking staff. The room rates are on the higher side, and the location isn’t close to downtown.
The food was excellent, with fresh Chinese and French dishes that were generous in portion. I added a child’s meal for my five‑year‑old daughter, which was very plentiful and tasty, and the ingredients didn’t change for kids—quite meticulous! The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were extremely friendly. Overall service was great, and I was very happy. The room smelled pleasantly of wood, and the in‑room hot spring was fantastic.
