The room and the pool were pleasant. Paying £350 a night and then having to pay extra for a separate spa was a let‑down.

“Hotel venue for social activity. So well placed. However hotel expensive”

The room size and bathroom were adequate. The sauna was disorganized and there was no guidance about hotel facilities. I also had trouble finding the room and the breakfast area.

“Disappointed”

Breakfast was lovely. The fact that we couldn’t use the spa without an extra fee and that we had to pay for the crisps and nuts in the room was annoying.
