“Pretty good - but felt like a ghost town in the lobby.”

The location is great and the rooms are clean and up‑to‑date, but the shower gel barely stuck to the wall and fell off as soon as you tried to use the pump. We weren’t upgraded to the half‑full sister hotel across the street, and the reception was understaffed. If the hotel can’t provide staff, consider filling up the Congress hotel first and using the MS hotel only for overflow.

“Sehr gut, aber Teuer für nur 1 Nacht.”

Für das preis kann man 1 Woche in kroatien bleiben aber sonst alles super. Direkt an die strecke, Bowling gegenuber. Schade das frühstuck in das andere gebaude ist, habe kein bock gehabt dort hin gehen. Fruhstuck in das gleiche gebaude. Selbst Check in and check out konnte schneller gehen

“Fake announcement”

Nice location. The hotel imagens used on booking are fake. There are 2 buildings (2 hotels of the same company). Images show the best one, closed to tracking. But I stay in a ghost building, under construction, without a single receptionist , without anyone. The parking lot access is horrible, you need to push a button to speak with an extremely rude attendant. To have a breakfast you need to move to another building which is approximately 500 meters away

“Für aktive Motorsportler das ideale Hotel. Aber auch für Eifel-Urlauber bestens geeignet.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent, starting at 6:30 am, everything else was perfect.
