The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful; the front‑desk lady guided me to the perfect room for rest and quiet, and she was so kind and knew exactly what I needed. The spa and pool area were deeply relaxing, exactly the reset I wanted, and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. I loved everything!

The structure is truly splendid! The rooms are very beautiful and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. I really want to compliment the entire staff; they were wonderful, welcoming, and extremely kind. That’s not something you get for granted. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The location was great with a free parking lot across the road from the hotel and easy walking into town. Breakfast was also good, and the air‑conditioning in the room was strong. I appreciate that the facilities might technically let this hotel call itself 5 stars, but the room design definitely fell short of that standard. We were lucky to get a free upgrade on arrival, yet even the upgraded room was very basic, very small, and had a strange smell.

The breakfast is hearty, the décor is beautiful, and the staff are attentive and smiling. The room’s air‑conditioning is very noisy, and you can hear the pipes from other rooms. The outdoor pool is almost entirely shaded by trees and pillars above it. The breakfast service, water, and fruit juices are often at room temperature. I don’t think this is a 5‑star palace; it’s very expensive for what it offers.
