I was really looking forward to staying here, but things took a turn for the worse when I arrived to find out they'd made a mistake with my booking. Despite having paid in full, they told me they didn't have a room available. It was a pretty frustrating experience, especially since they'd already taken my money. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.
