How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is great, but on the same day they told me my triple room was no longer available; after some back‑and‑forth they gave me a double with a single bed. The services are adequate, the staff are at least polite, but overall it’s only useful if you need a place close to the termini.

The place is well situated, the room offers a great view, and the staff were genuinely nice, yet the shower and drain are very slow; a minor plumbing upgrade would make it excellent.

The guy was very friendly and attentive, but the room was awful: the beds were terrible, it looked like they’d found trash everywhere, they never changed the sheets or cleaned the room or the bathroom during my three nights, and the poor guy would walk around barefoot, creating a horrible foot odor that even the air freshener couldn’t mask; the wardrobe was full of stuff, towels didn’t fit, and overall it’s not worth the price—I’ve stayed in better places for the same cost and this is my fourth trip to Rome.

The proximity to Roma Termini is convenient, but the room is tiny, the bathroom is cramped, the shower sprays four weak jets, and there’s basically nothing else for the price.

The location is great for reaching many points of interest, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
