When I got to the front desk, the staff demanded full payment before I could check in. The elevator is always broken, so after a night I had to move to a ground‑floor room. The kitchen doesn’t open until 8 AM, and the overall experience was horrible.

The location was decent, but the geyser was broken and the hotel didn't supply hot water for the bath. The lights kept flickering and there was no electricity for several hours, and the hygiene standards were poor.
