This hotel was a total letdown. The lobby and waiting area were a mess, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us. We were never given a room, and the manager just ignored us as we stood in the lobby for hours. It was a complete waste of time, and we ended up leaving without ever getting a room. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Our stay at this hotel was a total disaster. The breakfast was unappetizing, and we only got it once, despite paying for it every day. The rooms had a musty smell, and the facilities were in a state of disrepair. It was a really unpleasant experience, and we didn't even get a decent bottle of water to make up for it.

We arrived at the hotel, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. A woman was having a full-blown meltdown in the lobby, and the staff just ignored her. We tried to check in, but they gave us the wrong room key, and when we went back to get a new one, we were left standing in the lobby for almost an hour. The manager kept walking by, but didn't even acknowledge us. It was a complete disaster, and we ended up leaving without ever getting a room.

Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. We found a rat in our room, which was bad enough, but the staff didn't seem to care. When I showed them that my AirPods were still active in the hotel, they finally took us seriously, but by then we'd already checked out. The room wasn't even cleaned properly, with debris and sand all over the floor and stains on the sink. And to top it all off, my AirPods were stolen and are still being used in the hotel.
