The staff were unhelpful: one worker didn’t understand Arabic, the other insisted I pay the full amount in cash and the rest on a credit card the next day. Since the bank had blocked my withdrawal on the day of arrival, my friend and I couldn’t sleep that night and were left feeling helpless.
