I liked the good hilltop location by the beach and the greenery, but the room cleanliness and the quality of both Thai and Western breakfast were lacking.

We found our room extremely dirty, with dust as thick as a hand’s width in several spots, and we had to leave on the second day of a one‑week stay because of it. Insects larvae were everywhere, which was horrifying. The beds were so bad that sleeping on the floor might have felt better; I can’t even call them beds. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The restaurant was closed in January—can you believe it? The pool was unclean and the surroundings were filthy. Honestly, it would have been better if they had simply abandoned the hotel. The sea is rocky, so don’t expect the beauty shown in pictures. Nothing is near the hotel; only the neighboring hotel’s restaurant is nice and clean but pricey. Even taxis struggle to find the dirt road that leads to the hotel. Definitely stay away. This was the first time I ever left a hotel early, wasting €1,393. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

It was a fantastic place with a great location right on the private beach, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The staff and owner were extremely helpful, but the entrance and road leading into the hotel were very run down. While the bedding and towels were clean, they smelled old from repeated use, and the room and bathroom itself were not well cleaned.

The ambience was good, the hotel had beach access, and it was a very beautiful and peaceful place. Each room offered beautiful scenery, and the place was very neat and clean. However, the location is far from the city, so it would be better if you had your own vehicle. A water issue caused us to delay breakfast, and we only managed bread and butter. The price was a bit high compared to the room amenities.
