The apartment impressed with a clean, modern setup and a working air‑conditioner – a real plus during the hot summer months. The location was also ideal: the beach was just a five‑minute walk away. Unfortunately, a few things dampened the experience. The bathroom was generally fine, but after showering the whole room would often flood because the shower is open and lacks a splash guard. The room’s position was also awkward: the balcony was directly connected to the outside stairwell, so anyone could easily peek into the room. We managed that with curtains, but privacy still felt lacking. What really bothered us was finding two cockroaches in the room one night, apparently slipping in through a fairly large gap under the door. The owner was quick to respond after our call and removed the pests – we were very grateful for that. Still, a nagging unease lingered, so we sealed the door gap with towels from both inside and outside to prevent further unwanted visitors. We asked for a discount for these issues, but it was not offered, which we found disappointing.

The location was perfect in Tsilivi’s center, just steps from the sea, a supermarket right at the front, and all services nearby. The apartment was tiny, yet it had everything needed for a 3‑4 day holiday. The owner was incredibly kind and super helpful 😊.
